What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 4pm or later.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00 am.

Can I check-in early and check-out late?

We cannot guarantee an early check-in as our housekeeping staff needs time to turn over the rooms. And the same applies for checking-out late, we cannot guarantee a late check-out due to the need for housekeeping to turn the rooms over.

Can I adjust my reservation?

Yes, if you booked directly through our hotel you can contact our front desk. If you booked through a third-party reservation system (Hotels.com, Booking.com, Expedia or Priceline) you will have to contact them.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation fee is 20% of the deposit if canceled prior to 14 days of arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival or for early departure. Groups may have a different policy. This will be provided to you. If you booked through a 3rd party, that company will tell you the cancellation terms.

How much is the security deposit?

When paying in cash, a security deposit of $200 is taken at check-in, but will be refunded at check-out as long as there are no damages to the room. For students, a cash security deposit is always required. $200 for a room and $300 for a side view suite. This deposit is refunded at checkout as long as there are no room damages or other violations of policy. Prepaid cards are not accepted as security deposits upon check-in.

Will I need a credit card at check-in?

Yes, the guest will need to present the credit card used to make the reservation and a valid I.D at check-in.

What is the tax on a room?

13% currently (subject to change)

What does the resort fee include?

The use of all amenities at the hotel such as the water amenities, one parking place and wifi. Special events the hotel offers like our Summer and Holiday Events. Use of the in-room safe; credit card "toll free" and local calls, DVD Now Movies and tickets/discounts with our Destination Fun Package.

Are there handicap rooms available?

Yes, we have a limited number of handicap rooms available. Please call the hotel for additional information.

Do you have handicap parking available?

Yes, we have a limited number of handicap parking spaces available. We have 5 designated handicapped parking spaces. 2 are in the loading/unloading area at the main building. 3 are in front of the North tower, with 1 of the three being van accessible.

Do you have handicap accessible public spaces?

Yees, we have 1 step-free entrance to each building (South Tower, Main Building and North Tower). The lobby area is handicap accessible. We have level/ramped access to the outdoor pool deck and indoor pool area. There is a portable pool handicap lift available. Restrooms in the South tower are handicap accessible (not public). The Beach access between the South and Main towers is a ramped accessible public beach crossover walk. Beach wheelchairs are available from the city by calling 843-918-1488. They have same day delivery and pickup. There is no hotel on-site overnight storage. There is level or ramped access to other public areas, such as city sidewalks, crosswalks, etc.

Are there cribs available?

Yes, we have a limited number of cribs available. Please call the hotel for additional information.

Is there free parking?

Yes. One parking pass per unit is included with your stay. We have four parking areas all within one average city block of the hotel.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, a wireless network is available throughout our resort.

Is there a restaurant at the resort?

Unfortunately, we don't have a restaurant on our property but ask our front desk for recommendations of nearby establishments.

What amenities are available?

One Oceanfront Pool, one Indoor Pool, one Kiddie Pool, one Endless River, one Hot Tub and a Seasonal Poolside Cabana Bar.

What are the pool hours?

9am - 10pm

Are there pool towels available?

No

Do you accept pets?

I'm sorry. We do not accept pets.

What housekeeping services are offered daily?

Daily towel exchange and trash pickup.

What age do you have to be to stay with us?

You must be 25 years or older for most reservations and all discounts. We accept students at age 18 years of age. To view our student rates, visit the students page. All student reservations have to be booked at this site or by calling the hotel.

Do you accept locals?

No. I'm sorry. We do not accept locals at our resort.

Are coolers allowed at the pool?

No coolers or glass of any type are allowed on the pool deck or grounds.

Do you have directions to your resort?

Yes, click here to view a map to our resort and to get directions.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also welcome traveler checks. All payments must be in US dollars. Cashiers checks are only allowed for students and groups.

What is included in the Oceanfront Room?

The room includes 2 Queen Beds, 1 TV, 1 Small Refrigerator, Microwave and a Private Oceanfront Balcony. Click here to view the Oceanfront Room diagram.

What is the difference between an Oceanfront Room and Oceanfront Suite?

An Oceanfront Room sleeps 4 people with 2 Queen Beds, 1 TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Private Balcony. An Oceanfront Suite sleeps 6 people with a maximum of 4 adults. The suite boasts 2 Queen Beds, 2 TVs, a Wall Bed, Kitchen, and a Private Balcony. Click here to view the Oceanfront Suite room diagram.

Do all rooms have a Private Balcony?

No, our Street View Room does not have a balcony. Click here to view the room information about our Street Side Room.

Do you have any golf packages?

Do you have coffee in the lobby?

No, but we do provide coffee and coffee makers in all rooms.

Do you have a business center?

No, but we will be glad to assist any guest who needs to print tickets/boarding passes.

How close are you to the airport? Do you have a shuttle?

We are 4 miles away using Hwy 17 Business. Sorry, but we do not have a shuttle.

Where is the nearest grocery store?

There is a Piggly Wiggly less than 2 blocks away.

Do you have an exercise room?

No, but the front desk can direct you to a fitness center nearby.

Do you have in-room movies?

Yes, through DVD NOW. All units have DVD Players and movies are available through a machine in the lobby.

How close are you to the city Boardwalk?

Currently, we are 4 city blocks away. After the new extension, we will be only 2 blocks away.

How far is the Convention Center from your hotel?

Less than 2 miles (0.9 mi)

How far is Broadway at the Beach?

Less than 2 miles (1.5 mi)
