Heron Point Golf Club

Architect - William Byrd

Heron Point Golf Club is a Willard Byrd design and was opened in 1988. Nestled among the tall pines of the South Carolina low country, Heron Point Golf Club has Bermuda Grass from the tees through the greens. The narrow fairways and well guarded greens of this 6,475 yards championship course, give players of all levels a chance to test their skills. Enjoy the beauty of our course but beware of the "Bogie Man"!

Heron Point Golf Club is located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina just minutes from downtown and the airport. Heron Point is an 18 hole resort golf course which is open to the public 364 days a year. The Golf Course winds through beautiful Carolina Pine Forest and quaint beach neighborhoods. Golfers often spot hawks, eagles, wild turkey, fox, deer and even alligators while playing the course. Our staff is friendly and the golf course is always in excellent condition. Heron Point's 3 Star rating by Golf Digest reflects our commitment to providing golfers with a great round of golf every time they play. Willard Byrd's exceptional design offers a challenging round. Plenty of water, bunkers and narrow fairways create a shot maker's course. You are guaranteed to enjoy your round at one of Myrtle Beach's most exceptional golf courses.
