See below.) Services include daily trash and towel pickup, fresh linens weekly and housekeeping weekly.

We do not prorate monthly rentals for October, November, December, January or February. March can be prorated weekly, not daily. Must pay the weekly rate for any portion of a week. NO EXCEPTIONS. Monthly reservations must begin on the first day of the month. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cannot rent February without January, or March without January and February. October, November, December and January are available on single month basis. *In order to qualify for March prorated weekly rental rates, you must have been a guest for the entire months of January and February 2009. Rates for those qualifying are as follows: March 1-7 Unit A: $220 Unit B: $208 Unit C: $258 Unit D: $223 Unit E: $195 March 8-14 Unit A: $255 Unit B: $243 Unit C: $293 Unit D: $258 Unit E: $230 Reservation and Cancellation Information: All rates subject to 13% tax. If your reservation is booked for more than 90 days, no taxes will be charged. If you check-out before 90 days taxes will be charged on departure. Advance deposit of $150 is required and is to be received within 10 days after reservation is made. Cancellations must be made over 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, less a $50 service charge. NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS APPLY Services Provided: Daily trash pickup and towel exchange.
